The GLBT Community needs to stand up and show that we are not a minority, that we are a great, and important part of this city, and that as well as its culture, also the economy depends on us. Last Wednesday was “DAY WITHOUT GAY AT WORK”, with the purpose of showing how important we are and that we, the GLBT community hold many important jobs, and as well as they count on us at our jobs, community, families, all we ask for in return is for the community to allow us to have the SAME rights every other citizen has; the right to marry whom we love, to walk down the street holding hands with our partners without been criticized, to not being discriminated on this city we give so much of us to. WE WANT THE RIGHT TO LOVE WHOM WE CHOSE!
